Just nak share about my 'Confirmation' steps.. giler susah weh.. I need to go through all the sadness & pain before being 'Confirmed' into my position.. of corz as an Engineer la.. hehe
1st, 3 Months intensive training under HR dept.. need to go through all the pain of working 'on-the-floor' as an fulltime operator.. haiyok... naik muscle2 i ni haaa..
2nd, another 2 and 1/2 months intensive training under VPE Division (which is my division)... jenuh attend training yg membusankan dan sambil tuh still kene pursue all the tasks and job given by my Superior.
3rd, daily report which is annoying.. wakaka.. kene handwriting.. and in one week there are maybe about 5-10 reports to be done and submitted.. haiyaaa..
4th, final thesis which takes much of my time to make it perfect and according to standard sets by my division.. haiyoooo
5th, presentation which required a high skills in presentation.. need to covered almost everything about VPE in just only 10minutes.. aiyak.. make me sick!
6th, examination which make me to spare a time to study.. and sometimes ngelat dr kerja just to study.. need to score at least 80%.. kalu tak mmg gagal n kene repeat.
7th, interview by VPE G.M... this part is the easiest parts i think.. kalau dah interview sure konfem nye...
From all 7 stages above, aku dah sampai stage ke 5... walaupun yg ke 3 tuh aku byk ngelat (byk tak buat pun.. kehkehkeh).. tapi ok la kan.. hehe tomorrow aku kene lalui stage ke 6... lusa aku ade exam gak.. exam JPJ utk lesen kelas D.. yeah!.. n hopefully by friday aku dah di interview dan lulus everything that i go through till now...
Syukur sgt2 kalau semua diatas nih completed by this week... aku nak rasa lega.. then nak buat budget (utk di spend) bile dpt bonus nanti.. dan dgr2 tahun depan maybe revise gaji... wallaweh!.. so far kalau revise naik dalam rm2,3 rat gak la.. tambah bonus tambah kenaikan gaji tahunan... walla! aku beli FER'LARI' le tahun depan.. keh keh keh ^_^
