Currently, i am working (did i?) for Perodua.
But then if anybody asked me 'how's your work?'.. i am unable to answered it...
WHY?
Because i am now doing a training under Perodua's HR.. Being attached to various shops in Perodua, learned and do a presentation at each shop about what we learn and what is our improvement suggestion....
Most people at Perodua thinks that we are students from IPT doing an internship.. and sometimes when we are wearing Operator's uniform, they think we are the new Operator...And because of that, they tend to bullied us..
But when they realise that we are actually would be their bos after this three months shops attachment training, they stop bullying us, infact, some of them are also trying to 'BODEK' us...
It is quite nice when you are walking through the Guard post for inspection, all Operators in front you being checked deeply, but when it comes to us, the Inspector just let you through without any inspection done.. hahaahahaha
Some of us already felt bored following this training, but for me, if they extend this training for another 10 years pun, it would be ok! hehe but in a condition, we are 'layak' to enjoy annual bonus and annual increment and also treated just as like the other permanent staff at Perodua ^_^
